MissedNoMore ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered missed call text-back service for tradespeople and small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, and trade type.
Customer Data
When your customers interact with our service (via missed calls and SMS), we process their phone numbers and message content to provide the service. Customer phone numbers and names are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We store one-way hashes of phone numbers for lookups — the original numbers are never stored in plain text.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with our service, including SMS counts, conversation metrics, and feature usage, to improve our service and enforce plan limits.

4. AI Processing
Our service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate text-back messages, qualify leads, and assist with quoting. Customer messages are sent to the AI for processing but are not used to train AI models. AI-generated responses are sent on your behalf and are clearly part of an automated system.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive customer data at rest
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring organisations can only access their own data
- Webhook signature verification for all third-party integrations
- Rate limiting on all API endpoints
- Regular audit logging of all data access
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Twilio — SMS messaging delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI text generation
- Google Calendar — appointment syncing (optional)
- Vercel — application hosting
- Sentry — error monitoring (no personal data sent)
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Organisations can configure their own data retention period (default: 365 days). Conversation and message data older than the retention period is automatically deleted. You can request full data export or deletion at any time.

You have the right to:
- Access all personal data we hold about your organisation
- Export your data in a machine-readable format (GDPR data export)
- Request deletion of your data and account
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Update or correct your account information

9. Consent for SMS
By using our service, you confirm that you have a legitimate business reason to contact customers who have called your business number. Our system only sends SMS to numbers that have first initiated contact by calling you. We do not send unsolicited messages or marketing SMS to your customers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
